I will acknowledge your order within 24 hours of receipt.

Payment: We accept charge cards through our PayPal shopping cart. Money order/cashier's checks and personal checks are welcome also. Payment in full is due with your order.  We will be happy to arrange a layaway for you, if desired, with a 50% deposit.

Gift Wrap Service: We offer gift wrapping service for $20.00 per piece, and will gladly ship directly to your recipient. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping: Shipping is free of charge to any U.S. mainland address.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international buyers please contact us for information on shipping rates. We ship via UPS Ground service, insured for the full purchase price. We can ship to street addresses only, no PO Boxes please. We will email a UPS receipt for your shipment on the day of shipping so that you may track your package. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of valid payment information.

We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We do not process orders on weekends or on legal holidays.

Sales Tax: Buyer is responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use tax.

Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and to purchase from us again, so your satisfaction is guaranteed or you may return the item for a refund, excluding shipping charges. For returns, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt for a return authorization, or the sale is final. Please return the item in its original condition and please ship fully insured.

Shipping Damage: If your print arrives damaged, please contact customer service for assistance.

Privacy & Security: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

Terms: By purchasing from us on this website or on Ebay or by placing a bid on our Ebay store or auctions, you acknowledge acceptance of all of our terms and conditions.
