I will acknowledge your order within 24 hours of receipt, with delivery and payment information.
Payment:
We accept charge cards through PayPal only (I will email
an invoice to you), Money order/cashier's checks and personal
checks. Payment in full is due with your order. We
will be happy to arrange a layaway for you, if desired,
with a 50% deposit.
Gift Wrap Service: We offer gift wrapping service for $20.00 per piece, and will gladly ship directly to your recipient. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping:
Buyer pays $20.00 for shipping and insurance on the first framed
item and $10.00 for each additional item to any US mainland
destination. Shipping/insurance for unframed items
is $10.00 to any US mainland destination.
Alaska,
Hawaii, and international buyers please contact
us for information on shipping rates. We ship via UPS
Ground service, insured for the full purchase price. We
can ship to street addresses only, no PO Boxes please. We
will email a UPS receipt for your shipment on the day of
shipping so that you may track your package. Orders are
processed within 24 hours of receipt of valid payment information.
We process
orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday,
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We do not process orders on weekends
or on legal holidays.
We
are pleased to offer gift services for
your purchase, which include gift wrap and card, express
shipping and shipping directly to your gift recipient. Please
contact us
for information on these extra services and the applicable
charges.
Sales Tax: Buyer is responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use tax.
Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and to purchase from us again, so your satisfaction is guaranteed or you may return the item for a refund, excluding shipping charges. For returns, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt for a return authorization, or the sale is final. Please return the item in its original condition and please ship fully insured.
